Carnaval Miami

It’s here at last! Carnaval Miami is one of Florida’s biggest cultural events of the year. A vibrant celebration of Latin culture, Carnaval brings food, entertainment and the best of Miami to the streets every March. This year, Carnaval is running from February 10 through to the end of March. Some of the biggest events include the Calle Ocho Festival, the Miss Carnaval pageant and Carnaval on the Mile. Plus, there’s a wine fest in there somewhere, not to mention food and music across the city. Get all the details on how you can experience Carnaval here.

Winter Party Festival

Visitors might not notice it, but technically it’s still winter until late March. Running from February 28 to March 6, the Winter Party Festival is a major LGBT event, and usually draws more than 10,000 people to Miami. It might not be Miami’s biggest LGBT event on the calendar this year, but it’s still a lot of fun. More information can be found here.
