  • Early check in may be available based upon occupancy.
  • Early check in fee of $50 per room when checking in prior to 1pm.
  • Luggage storage is available.
  • We will gladly store your luggage at no cost prior to check in on the day of arrival.
  • Check out time is 12 noon.
  • Late check out may be available based upon occupancy.
  • Late check out of $50 per room when checking out between noon and 3pm.
  • Late check out after 3pm will be charged for a full night.
  • Luggage storage is available.
  • We will gladly store your luggage at no cost after check out for up to 5 hours.
  • Overnight luggage storage may be available based upon occupancy. Storage Fee applies.
  • Credit card charges will show as “Habana Libre Hotel” on credit card statements.
  • All reservations require a deposit equal to the first night + tax (13%) at the time of booking.
  • The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at the time of check in. If the credit card is not presented at check in the deposit will be refunded to the original card and another form of payment must be presented.
  • If the credit card used for the reservation is declined, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • For Special events and Holidays, the first night deposit is required at the time of booking. The full remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check in.
  • Non-Refundable special offers are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and no changes to the arrival or departure date are allowed.
  • A security deposit of $50 is required upon check in and may be paid in cash or held on a credit card. Any unused amount of the deposit will be refunded at check out.

  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival without penalty, for regular reservations. Cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival will be charged a one night penalty.
  • Reservations made for Special Events and Holidays may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations within 14 days prior to the date of arrival will charged for the entire stay.
  • Cancellation refunds will be processed 24 – 72 hours after receipt and approval by the hotel.
  • Non-Refundable special offers are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and no changes to the arrival or departure date are allowed.
  • If the credit card used for the reservation is declined, the reservation will be cancelled.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards
  • Credit cards must be physically present for payment
  • If the card is not present, a Red South Beach Hotel credit card authorization form, completed by the card owner, is required.
  • If the credit card used for the reservation is declined, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Room rates do not include $11 +tax per room, per night amenity fee.
  • Room rates are based upon two adults per room. Extra fees apply to additional guests.
  • All rooms are Non-smoking. A $250 recovery fee will be automatically added to your bill for smoking in a hotel room or passageway.
  • All guests staying in the hotel must be registered at the time of check in. Unregistered guests will not be given access to hotel rooms.
  • A security deposit of $50 is required upon check in and may be paid in cash or held on a credit card. Any unused amount of the deposit will be refunded at check out.
  • Pets up to 20lbs are accepted. Pet fee of $20 per pet, per night applies.
