Black Creek Trail

This almost nine-mile paved path runs between Black Point Park and Marina and Larry and Penny Thompson Park. For ambitious riders, eager to journey on a long, but scenic path, this is the ideal ride. If you really want to extend your ride, the trail also connects to Old Cutler Trail and Biscayne Trail. Animal aficionados should also look out for manatees, alligators, and birds along the Biscayne Bay stretch.

Amelia Trail

One of the most popular destinations for mountain bikers is this off-road and foliage-dense trail. As you wind through the woods you’ll zip past pines and native trees. The paths accommodate all skill levels, so no matter how amateur or advanced you are, you will have a great time.

Old Cutler Trail

On this trail you will weave through some of the most picturesque parts of Coral Gables. The ride is about eleven miles long and since it is not smooth riding (there are tree roots and rocks along the trail) it is advised that you take it slowly.

Rickenbacker Trail

This eight-and-a-half-mile trail take you all the way across the Key from Powell Bridge to Crandon Park to Bill Baggs. The ride is wonderfully scenic, but riders are advised to proceed with caution on the causeway.

Commodore Trail

This lush, scenic trail will take you past some of Miami’s top destinations, from South Miami Avenue to Bayshore Drive, down Main Highway and Douglas Road. You will also pass the Museum of Science, Vizcaya, Kennedy Park and Peacock Park — all of which are worth a visit if you want to make a day out of your bike ride.

Regardless of which trail you choose, you are guaranteed to see some amazing views and enjoy the beautiful Miami weather!
